After many years of working in the field for a large Hydronics systems manufacturer/distributor I took the opportunity to open my own business and devote myself to the part of the job that I actually enjoyed the most — hands on Boiler Technical Support, including Startups, Troubleshooting and Repairs. This covers most Components on the Hydronic heating system with fired or un-fired heat or steam Generators
In my last position I was the one of 2 top tier Technical Service Field Techs tasked with verifying installation, starting up and turning over of Hydronic Systems, consisting of Condensing and non-Condensing Boiler systems. My expertise includes working on Pumps, Boilers, Geothermal systems,Hot water heat- exchangers, Steam Heat exchangers,Cooling Towers, Turbine Pumps, Variable Frequency Drives, Air separators, Intake venting, Flue ducting, Water Pipe sizing and proper installation, Fuel Gas pipe sizing and proper installation. Job sites varied from Single family homes to multi-unit apartment complexes ,Jails, Prisons, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Wineries , Schools, Commercial manufacturing facilities, Airports, Military bases and other Classified Government locations in California and other States. I hold Factory Certifications from many Manufacturers, including Laars, Patterson Kelley, Hydrotherm, Hamilton Engineering, Bell & Gossett and Square D. With no questionable issues in my past, I can pass the background check and the drug tests to get into most Classified Facilities.
